Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information TJ's Travel LLC ("TJ's Travel," "we," "us") collects through tjtravelllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our consultation form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message details you choose to provide. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry and to help plan travel you ask us to arrange.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, in standard server logs used for security and reliability. Our site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver those fonts. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your message, to design and arrange travel at your request, and to communicate with you about your plans. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
How your information is shared
We share personal information only as needed to serve you: with our form-delivery provider (Formspree) to receive your message; with travel suppliers, hotels, cruise lines, and partners strictly as required to arrange a trip you have asked us to book; and with the Virtuoso and Largay Travel networks as part of fulfilling those bookings. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before non-essential tracking loads.
Your rights under Texas law
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them, and may obtain a portable copy of it. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email tammy@tjtravelllc.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may appeal a declined request by replying to our response.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site, including delivery over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
